Flow Free

Time for another game app I reckon. After the assorted relatives and hangers-on have gone and you’ve spent 2 days cleaning up the mess after Christmas dinner, you’ll probably be ready for some long overdue relaxation – and we all know what TV program quality is like after Xmas don’t we? Fire up the old Android tablet and while away some time on a relaxing game or two.

A word of warning though, I put this on my Android tablet and lost the use of it for hours at a time after my wife saw it !

A simple game concept that becomes more challenging as you work your way up through the 750 free levels in the game.

From the developers – Free play through hundreds of levels, or race against the clock in Time Trial mode. Flow Free gameplay ranges from simple and relaxed, to challenging and frenetic, and everywhere in between. How you play is up to you. So, give Flow Free a try, and experience “mind like water”!”

If you are a big fan of puzzle games that involve matching colours and finding patterns then you will certainly love Flow Free. Players have to connect matching colours and create a ‘pipe’ to establish a flow. Pairing all the colours is simple on the early levels, but it gets more challenging as pipes break if they overlap or cross a different colour.

We find that it provides just the right mix of brain challenge and relaxing ‘join the dots’ kind of experience without all the flashing lights and annoying sounds.

Give it  ago and let us know your thoughts.
