Crazy Eights 3D

Crazy Eights 3D Android game reviewI must admit that Uno isn’t a card game that we play a great deal unless the grandkids are staying (and then it gets very noisy) but it is one of those quick easy to play, fun games when you want a change from more serious card games.

Crazy Eights is very similar and is actually the game that Uno is derived from and is easy to learn and a lot of fun to play. This version of Crazy Eights is actually more similar to Uno than the original card game as it also has the special cards – Skip (miss a turn), Reverse, Draw Two and the two kinds of wild cards, Draw Two and Four and Change to any Colour plus a ‘super wild’ card called Super Wild Draw Two where all other players have to draw two cards.

The 3D aspect of the game and the fact that you can zoom in and change the table size to suit your device means that it is great to play on any size device. You can play against up to 5 computer opponents or use the multiplayer mode where you can join an existing game or create your own and play against opponents from anywhere in the world. You can also log in to Facebook from within the game and challenge some of your friends to play, which is a great feature.

I’ve been playing the game for a few days now and have to say I’m really enjoying it. The game does have ads but they are just a small banner at the top and are not intrusive. You can remove them from within the game and the cost is only around $2.

If you need a new card game to add to your card game collection, give Crazy Eights 3D a go and as always, let us know what you think in the comments box below.
